Content Publisher Agreement

To become a content (“Video”) publisher on www.massage-hub.net (the “Website”), you need to read the below agreement and accept it.

1. Terms of Service

5. Content Publishers
   1. If you wish to share your massage educational videos on the Website, you need to be
      1. Qualified Massage Therapist
         or
      2. Qualified Massage Teacher
         
   2. Intellectual Property Rights:
      1. The Content Publisher is the owner of the provided content; however, the Website has the right to use parts of the content in any media formats and through any media channels. Please refer to https://massage-hub.net/pages/terms-of-service

7. Video quality and content
   1. Your video must be related to the massage therapy or business
   2. Videos accepted to be published on the Website must include one of the following:
      1. A demonstration of your massage work
      2. An explanation of your massage work
      3. An explanation of the human body Anatomy and Pathology
      4. An explanation and demonstration of how to treat specific conditions (e.g. Frozen Shoulder, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ...)
      5. A workshop
         
   3. To meet the Website’s quality standards, your video must meet the below criteria
      1. File format: MP4
      2. Video resolution: 720p or higher
      3. Video duration: Minimum 10 minutes
         
   4. Videos added as workshops must be offered with related documents/ blueprints/ templates for users to be able to download it and use it while watching the videos
      
   5. All videos will be reviewed before it gets uploaded to the Website, we have the right to reject any video that:
      1. Is exposing your model
      2. Is sexually explicit
      3. Is hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory or incites hatred against any individual or group.
      4. Promotes or supports terror or hate groups.
      5. Exploits minors.
      6. Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence.
      7. Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes or proposes unlawful transactions.
      8. Violates any applicable law.
      9. Depicts or encourages self-harm.
      10. Infringes any third party’s copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc)
      11. Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals.

9. Subscription types and fees
   1. Videos
      1. The Website subscribers have 3 options to view your Videos:
         1. Monthly subscription: This subscription gives the subscriber unlimited access to all the Videos on the Website for 30 days
         2. Purchase: The subscriber will have access to your Video permanently through the Website
         3. Rental: The subscriber will have access to your Video only for 3 days
            
   2. Workshops
      1. Subscribers can only purchase your video and will be able to access it permanently through the Website

11. Content fees and Publishers’ payments
    1. All prices are in GBP
    2. Workshops:
       1. The Content Publisher is to set the selling price for the video
       2. The Content Publisher will receive 70% share of the purchasing price
          
    3. Videos
    1. The Content Publishers will be paid according to the below scheme
       1. If your Video is viewed via a Monthly Subscription, you will receive £0.02 per view
       2. If your Video is purchased, you will receive 50% of the purchasing price
       3. If you Video is rented, you will receive 50% of the rental price
          
    2. The Videos’ purchasing price is set based on the duration of the Video as following

    3. The Videos’ rental price is set based on the duration of the Video as following

    4. All payments will be determined using the Website’s statistical tools on a monthly basis.
    5. Content Publishers will get paid on the 1st Friday of the following month
    6. The Website will use one of the following payment providers to make payments to the Content Publishers
       1. Stripe
       2. PayPal
          
    7. Massage Hub has the right to change the pricing and payments scheme at any time according to the business need, and commits to send a written notice to the active Content Publishers prior to applying any amendment to this agreement (not applicable for the Workshops)
